Having practiced Mindfulness and Zen meditation for many years, I found her observations on the Conditioned Mind, and the many "selves" that make up what we consider to be "I", very practical and helpful. The exercises in the back of the book are fun, and qui|| "Huber has been a Zen teacher for many years, but this does not feel at all like a Zen book. . . . The warmth of Huber's style and advice reinforce her message that self-acceptance, rather than punishment, is more likely to result in the changes we seek.
